Thought I would do a bit of a run down of what I consider my ‘Toolbox Essentials’. These are the minimum tools that I consider you must have in a home workshop toolbox.
Everyday tools
These I consider everyday tools, I use these everyday and every week on almost all projects.

Power Tools
Power tools are essential for a lot of projects and definitely make up a big part of my toolbox.

Woodworking
These are the tools I consider are great to start on woodworking projects. These are on top/supplementary of the everyday essentials.

- long/deep sockets 10mm – 21mm + 32mm for axle nuts
- 1/4″ torque wrench and 1/2″ torque wrench
- impact driver adapters for sockets
- long braker bar ( 600mm )
- torx inserts for gearbox plugs and diff plugs
- axle stands
- jack ( ideally low profile )
- industrial grease
- CRC rust penetration oil
